Ms. Hughes has been President & CEO of Xogen Technologies Inc. since 2004. In that time she has developed the company’s technology from lab scale, through commercial prototype, demonstration and commercial product. She has established a research collaboration agreement between Xogen and the University of Toronto, University of Guelph, US Army and Atomic Energy of Canada. In addition she has raised capital to fund these activities from governments, debt and private equity. Formerly a Member of the Technical Staff for 13 years with Boeing Rocketdyne responsible for Critical 1 part manufacture and acceptance for the Space Shuttle Main Engine and for various other engine and space projects. Ms. Hughes has a BMath from the University of Waterloo and a diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology (Nuclear) from Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology. Angella has also served on the Board of Directors of Headwaters Healthcare Centre in Orangeville, Ontario from 2005 to 2012, during that time she chaired Audit, Quality Assurance, Finance and Partnership Committees and today is a Member of the Advisory Committee at the School of Electronics Engineering Technology at Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology in Toronto, Ontario. Ms. Hughes also serves as a Director with the Strings Attached Orchestra.
Mr. Seanor is CFO of Xogen. Adam was CFO of two separate automotive dealership groups in Ontario from 2015-2019. Adam has 12 years of research experience at a number of Toronto-based investment banking equity boutiques, he was ranked #1 by Thompson Reuters in the 2015 StarMine Industry Analyst Awards for Top Stock Picker in the Financial Services sector after being #3 Adam has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business – York University, Toronto, ON (2000) and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, London, ON (1996).
Ms. Bolea attended the University of Minnesota earning a B.S. Chemical Engineering and a minor in Environmental Engineering. During her education Nicole worked as a process engineer at a local recycle pulp and paper manufacturer. Living in Vancouver she worked with Teck Resources at their research facility working on a new hydrometallurgical process for mining coper and nickel. After obtaining her engineering degree Nicole started as an applications engineer at Aeration Industries to support the North American Municipal market. In 2016 she was promoted to cover the Eastern US as a regional sales manager. In 2018 she was promoted to the National Sales Manager, but has recently taken a sales role at Xogen Technologies, Inc. Nicole is incredibly excited to help bring this cutting-edge technology to market.

Robert Reisig is one of the founders of Xogen Technologies Inc., a director, Chair of the Board and its largest shareholder. Previously Mr. Reisig was the President and CEO of TruPoint Restoration Inc. a Calgary based Insurance contracting company that specialized in disaster remediation. Prior to that, Robert was a Land Developer in Calgary and the former President and CEO of Precision Builders.
